Refund policy
Returns
I accept returns on online orders. Returns must be initiated and product return postmarked no later than 30 days from the date your order was delivered. You may initiate the return process from the order history section of your customer account (at account.thecoppersheep.com). A return shipping fee of $6.00 per order will be charged.
Returns must be received in resellable condition in order to receive a refund. Returns and refunds on caked skeins are not accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
Returns due to product defects or quality issues
If you have a quality issue with an order (though I don't expect that to be the case!), please reach out to us via email or online chat within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that hand dyed yarn has natural variation from skein to skein due to the manual process of dyeing the yarn, and minor variances in hue, tone, or color placement are not considered defects.
For products that are determined to have quality issues, we will send you a free return label.

Exchanges
We do not currently process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or yarn base, please initiate a return. You can then place a new order for the product you want instead.
