Shipping

Shipping on orders over $100 is free!

Orders of In-Stock yarn or products will ship within 5-7 business days.  Current fulfillment times for Dyed-to-Order yarn will be displayed on the product page. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number once your order is on the way. During high volume seasons, such as around the holidays, fulfillment time may be slightly delayed.  Don't worry - we'll make sure you know about it before placing your order via a pop up message or website banner.

Returns

I accept returns on online orders; returns must be initiated and product return postmarked no later than 30 days from the date your order was delivered.  Once the return process is initiated, we will provide you with a return label. 

If you have a quality issue with an order (though I don't expect that to be the case!), return shipping is free and the cost of your return label will be included in your refund.  Please note that hand dyed yarn has natural variation from skein to skein due to the manual process of dyeing the yarn, and minor variances in hue, tone, or color placement are not considered defects.  

Returns for reasons other than defects are accepted, however you must pay the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be received in resellable condition in order to receive a refund.  Returns and refunds on caked skeins are not accepted.  Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
